 Thank you VERY much for: Responding to my panic this morning I called my ISP - on my PC the IP address had been hard coded, and was no longer valid on their system. I changed that, and they are updating their system to correct it also. Finding the error on my site. I forwarded your notes to my web designer. He took it very seriously and will have his programmer fix it today hopefully. Being an A-1 fabulous web host!!! Your service is fabulous! You don't leave people hanging, and what makes your service different, is how personal it is. You are better than your web site can say! Kendall S. The email tech support was great! Speedy and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to get it resolved on Saturday, instead of having to do it Monday morning, when everything hits and I want to get a good start on the week.
